When things go wrong it’s often difficult to tell whether it is caused by Windows Software or whether there is a hidden hardware failure.
For example a common symptom of Windows running slowly is actually not caused by Windows but could be caused by a physically failing hard drive or by a Malware infection. And there are other causes, too.
We are happy to book a Callout but we think that it is better to bring the faulty computer to our workshop in Blackwater Street. There is only so much a technician can do on-site with limited resources. Our well equipped workshop allows more thorough testing, gives better results and lower bills.
